TMS bags Siemens Call Center for Workforce Management Training

Training Management Solutions, under the headship of Lawrence Sol Cruz, lands Siemens Inc. as a major account, specifically its Call Center services arm located in Eastwood City Cyber Park. Hand in hand with Sol Cruz is TMS Account Manager Lauren Ello, who states, “TMS was commissioned to formulate a competitive training design for Siemens’ Work Force Management Training,” a customized training program initiated by Siemens Call Center.

Siemens Workforce Manager Olivia Laxina-Uy has appointed TMS to be in charge of authoring a training program that’s tailor-fit to the needs of the whole Work Force Management Department of the call center arm. Naturally, being experts in training and workforce management services, TMS has also been commissioned to roll out and execute their intellectual brainchild, across the entire Siemens Call Center division.
