TMS: Building your Front Liner Sales Team

Training Management Solutions has entered into a partnership with Motorola, particularly to service the latter in beefing up its Sales Team, particularly in time of the launch of Motorola’s latest flagship brands, the Motorola V8 and Moto Q.

Working closely with the Motorola triumvirate, Andrew Limjoco (Market Development Manager), Mikee Morado (Training and Development Specialist), and Patrick Aronson (Country Head), TMS is given jurisdiction over the Sales Ambassador Program of Motorola for its retail outlets. TMS is left in-charge of the whole Sales Ambassador cycle, from creating and designing the training program, to hiring and training the Sales Ambassadors, even up to managing sales operations and incentive schemes that span a three-month period.
